#1. Digital Marketing Manager
Digital Marketing Manager is the one who is heading the entire digital marketing campaign. This is one of the most aspired jobs in today’s marketing world.
One must have a minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing and should have worked on several projects to attain this position.
The digital marketing manager is responsible for devising the strategies, executing them and managing the digital marketing team.
Also, a digital marketing manager should be well versed with all the aspects of digital marketing like SEO, SMM, SEM, Affiliate Marketing, Email Marketing, etc.
#2. Social Media Marketing Manager/Executive
When talking about career options in digital marketing, how can we not talk about social media marketing manager profile?
The number of people using social media platforms are increasing and brands are using social media platforms to a great extent to promote their products/services.
Social media is a great place to engage with customers and make them aware of your existence.
The social media marketing manager/executive is the person who manages the brand’s presence on various social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
SMM Executive is the one who ensures that the right post goes out on the right social media platform at the right time.

SEO is a process which helps the website to rank higher in the search engine results.
Search engine optimization activities can be of 2 types – On-Page SEO and Off-Page SEO.
SEO executive is the one who performs keyword analysis and identifies the best keyword for the business, ensures that the URLs are proper, takes care of the page structure and navigation, builds links to the website and much more.
Basic knowledge of web development would be an added advantage if you are looking forward to be an SEO Executive. But, it’s not mandatory.

Inbound Marketing revolves around content and context. Inbound marketing manager is responsible for using this 2 aspects content & context to attract strangers, convert them into leads, converting leads to customers and finally delighting the customers to turn them into promoters of the brand.
Many organizations hire for Inbound Marketing role. This is a fascinating role where you do not focus on selling directly but focus on helping customers.

This seem to be one of the most fancy digital marketing career option but requires a lot of hard work to build trust and the fan base.
#9. Digital Analytics Executive
Digital Marketing is incomplete without analytics. Whether be it social media, website or app, measuring the results and analyzing them helps firms in understanding more about the audience.
Analytics Executive is responsible to collect data, analyze it, formulate insights on the basis of information and implement end to end analytics in a digital campaign.
You must have strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Power BI and other intelligence tools.
Also, analyzing huge amount of data requires you to have proficiency in R, Python or SPSS.
If you are not good at numbers, this role is not for you. You must not only be able to work with numbers but also derive insights from them.

#10. Affiliate Marketing Executive
Affiliate Marketing is commission-based marketing in which the affiliate earns a commission for making a visitor purchase a product.
An affiliate marketing executive/manager identifies such affiliates for the company and develop a strategy to increase sales through affiliates.
So, if you are hired by an organization as affiliate marketing executive, you will be responsible for finding out people who can promote your products, enroll them as your affiliates, track the sales through affiliate program and optimize it to get more sales.
On the contrary, an affiliate is someone who ties up with various affiliate marketing platforms and promote the products on their blogs. Usually, they are bloggers and freelancers.
An affiliate marketing executive is responsible for the success of the affiliate program.
